Do you travel to my location?
Yes. Verified Ink is a mobile notary service and travels to homes, businesses, hospitals, assisted living facilities, coffee shops, and other mutually agreed-upon locations throughout Harris and Galveston Counties. Additional travel outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.
What forms of identification are accepted?
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as:
-Driver's License
-State Identification Card
-U.S. Passport
-Military ID
-Other identification permitted under Texas law
The name on your ID should reasonably match the name on the document.
Can I sign my documents before the appointment?
No.
Unless specifically instructed otherwise by the receiving agency, documents requiring notarization should remain unsigned until the notary instructs you to sign.
What should I have ready for my appointment?
To help your appointment go smoothly, please have:

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Evening, weekend, and limited same-day appointments are available based on scheduling and availability.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the type of document, travel location, printing requirements, and appointment details.

Is a deposit required?
Yes.
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve appointments for private clients. The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
Approved business clients, title companies, law firms, and lenders may be invoiced according to established billing arrangements.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Absolutely.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and your booking deposit will be transferred to the new appointment, subject to availability.
Can you explain my legal documents?
No.
As a Texas Notary Public, Verified Ink Notary, LLC and any of its notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice in Texas and cannot give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. If you have questions about the contents or legal effect of a document, please contact the attorney or organization that prepared it.
Are my documents kept confidential?
Yes.
